It is time to complete your Safe Environment Training for the 2026-2027 fiscal year (July 1, 2026-June 30, 2027).
The focus of our training this year is on reporting and understanding the signs and symptoms of abuse in children.
The Safe Environment Training requirements in the Diocese of Phoenix are:
1. Complete your training
2. Have a valid and approved background check.
***Without these 2 requirements, your Safe Environment Training is not complete and you cannot serve at Queen of Peace as a Liturgical Minister.**
Steps to complete the SET Renewal:
1) Click the “Dashboard” tab on the left side of your screen.
2) Locate the “Background Check Status” section of your account as highlighted in the sample below.
-If your expiration date is AFTER 7/1/2027, your screening is still current, and you do not need to take any additional steps at this time. Please Log Out.
-If your expiration date is 7/1/2027 or before, please continue to Step 3 to renew your background check requirement.

2. Verify and update your Profile Information by clicking on the “Edit Profile” section on the left.

3. Please choose only ONE training under the “Required Trainings” to complete your SET requirement.
4. Go to your “Dashboard” and click on the ONLINE Renewal Video.
* If you do not see an ONLINE Renewal option under “Required Trainings”, you must take the Foundation option (available LIVE and ONLINE).

Capacitación de Ambiente Seguro
Es tiempo de completar su Capacitación de Ambiento Seguro para el año fiscal, 2026-2027 (1 de julio de 2026-30 de junio de 2027).

3) Ubique el módulo de Renovación de verificación de antecedentes penales en su área de Currículos de Formación Requeridos y haga clic en Empezar para completar el proceso de renovación de su verificación de antecedentes.
